Long story short- I had called a different tag agency & they said "agencies" were no longer allowed to give quotes over the phone & hung up on me while I was in mid sentence. Which I work in the customer service industry. So I always treat anyone in the customer service industry with the same respect. This agency was more then happy & friendly to give me a quote even without all my information since I wasn't home at the time. I think businesses often forget about the fact that anyone now days can leave reviews. But this one I was very happy with.
