Feedback:

The coffee machine I bought from webstaurant ( Clark associates ) broke in 7 months! When I called I was told nothing could be done for me and I should figure it out myself. I asked to speak with upper management and I aaa advised that’s not possible and it is what it is. As soon as they heard my accent , the answer for everything was a NOI reached out directly to the company via email and Facebook and nobody responded. These people acted racist in this situation , lack of concern , not standing behind their product, didn’t want to repair the machine or apply credit for a new one from their own store . Rude and not caring for the customer.

Feedback:

Worked for the one in Dayton Nevada for about four weeks. Was harassed those four weeks by a manager and reported it to three different shifts managers due to how uncomfortable it was to be near him. Two days before being fired I was trained on how to be a packer for about 10 minutes and didn’t receive more training after that. On my last day, it was mandatory overtime, the manager who had been a harassing me continued to target me and I decided to report him to the plant manager. After I did, the manager took care of the problem and I was left alone. An hour after he left and I had reported the harassment, I was pulled into the office and was told it was my last day because I couldn’t meet my goal as a packer, I was confused because I hadn’t been packing that day and I had only two days as a packer total. My guess is I got fired for reporting the harassment .

Feedback:

Management is highly unprofessional! Management shares information on situations that shouldn't be shareable with Clark associates. As to the associates; some act as if they're better than others. Instead of being a team, some will pick and choose who they want to help out on a work day. I do not recommend this workplace and feel as if they're not an equal establishment.
