The coffee machine I bought from webstaurant ( Clark associates ) broke in 7 months! When I called I was told nothing could be done for me and I should figure it out myself. I asked to speak with upper management and I aaa advised that’s not possible and it is what it is. As soon as they heard my accent , the answer for everything was a NOI reached out directly to the company via email and Facebook and nobody responded. These people acted racist in this situation , lack of concern , not standing behind their product, didn’t want to repair the machine or apply credit for a new one from their own store . Rude and not caring for the customer.
