Clay Dangerfield and his staff at State Farm have provided me with Superior Service. They are very knowledgeable and professional. When I was unable to obtain insurance from a competitor, his team was able to provide me with insurance for my short-term rentals and for my personal home. I also have my auto insurance and a business umbrella insurance with them as well. I highly recommend Clay Dangerfield and his State Farm team.

Only getting one star because I can’t give zero. I have never had more issues with any company. After having my car insured with Clay Dangerfield for 5 years, my older sister was randomly added to my policy without my permission. This caused my premium to go through the roof, and without any notice AT ALL, an additional $100 was taken out of my bank account. The only reason I found out that my sister was added was because I contacted them to find out why the extra money was taken out. I cancelled my policy and was told that I would be reimbursed for the additional funds. It has been 18 days since I sent in my policy cancellation and when I contacted them today, I was told that the cancellation was not actually sent in when I was told that it was. They didn’t send in the cancellation until today. I am still waiting for the refund for the money that they took out of my account without my permission. I usually try to avoid leaving negative reviews, but at this point, the number of hoops I’m having to jump through to get my money back is ridiculous.

Excellent rates and hassle free! Clay Dangerfield and everyone in the office provided excellent customer service. Not only did they thoroughly present all the different options available for my needs, but they did so in a way that was intelligible and courteous. I wasn’t pressured into adding options that I did not want, nor were the questions I had skimmed over as if they were insignificant. My family and I will be using this business from here on out for all our insurance needs; highly recommended!

No one has even come close to rates I get here. The nice thing is too, when my windshield got a crack in it from a dump truck, it was handled right away. Great prices and great service, can't beat it.
