My husband and I bought a home from Ted in 2011. We actually found the home walking through our neighborhood. We weren't looking to purchase a home at that time so it was a surprise to all of us! We had known Ted for about 3 years and felt secure in his skills and honesty and so called him on a Sunday afternoon to write up an offer on a house he'd never seen! Ted did due diligence for us, checking out the neighborhood, looking at available comps, offered to show us other properties in that price range. But strangely enough we had found our home or rather IT had found us! Ted respected our decision not to look at other properties and set to work to secure this home for us. And he did! He negotiated with the Relocation Company that held title, which I'm sure took Ted more time, but he paid attention to all of the little details and brought them to our attention for discussion. The whole process went smoothly and with a 3 week escrow we were the owners of our dream home! Thanks Ted, for listening to us and for advising and assisting us through our rather untraditional acquisition of our home. I recommend Ted highly when you are in the market for a new home. I'd love to say will use him for our next purchase but I don't think we'll be moving from this house - it is our "forever" home. Thanks Ted!
