I was working with Mike Gregor for a bit and he showed me a couple places. I ended up putting in a request to see a house for rent in Winsted, CT. It was Mikes listing and he reached out to me about the request. I was excited that it was his listing because out of all the places we've seen and people we worked with, he was the one I felt comfortable with the most. We set up a time to view it and fell in love with it immediately. We put in an application for the house immediately, got approved and put the deposit down with a couple days of viewing it. We had a hiccup at one point and thought we would have to wait 20-30 until the move in date. We reached out to him about this concern and he was able to manage to get us in on the 1st of the month. Mike guided us through the process and made it happen for us. He was always very responsive no matter time of day. He is very personable, professional and easy to work/get along with. I literally have no complaints about my experience with Mike and can't say enough good things about him. We are now moved into our new place and couldn't be happier. He made the process very easy and enjoyable. If you are looking for a place I recommend Mike Gregor. We can't thank him enough!"

I was referred to Mike Gregor by a colleague at work who had used his services in the past. My situation was very urgent since I had just had a very negative experience with a recent attempt to purchase a condo and had already given my landlord notice to move. Despite my having been pre-approved for a loan through quicken loans, the deal fell apart when the lender denied my loan application at the last minute! I was devastated and skeptical, but Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful from the start. He was able to put me in touch with a great local lender, who was able to help me resolve the issues with my application. Just shy of 2 months later and i'm the proud owner of my first home...
