My situation was very urgent since I had just had a very negative experience with a recent attempt to purchase a condo and had already given my landlord notice to move. Despite my having been pre-approved for a loan through quicken loans, the deal fell apart when the lender denied my loan application at the last minute! I was devastated and skeptical, but Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful from the start. He was able to put me in touch with a great local lender, who was able to help me resolve the issues with my application. Just shy of 2 months later and i'm the proud owner of my first home...
