Feedback:

Probably one of the most hostile places to work that I have ever experienced. I have no idea how they get away with treating people the way that they do. I would not recommend anyone waste their time on this agency.

UPDATE 4/19/2019: STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! It never gets better. Today my Moms catheter is coming out (again). I am going to be waiting HOURS for a nurse, in the meantime my Mom and her bed are soaked. I was told by Jennifer at the Baden office if I didnt want to wait i could take my Mom to the ER. WHAT???? THIS IS WHY WE HAVE HOME CARE SO WE HAVE HELP. THEY HAVE TOO MANY PATIENTS SO QUALITY OF CARE IS HORRIBLE. STILL CANNOT GET NEEDED SUPPLIES WITHOUT A HASSLE. Nurses are GREAT but this company, at least the Baden branch, is a TRAINWRECK. Smartass Joann need NOT call me again. TERRIBLE COMPANY. I CANNOT SAY IT ENOUGH. STAY AWAY FROM CONCORDIA!!!!Except for the nurses, the rest of the staff are rude, uncaring, and ignorant. The following review is from about 10 months ago - my above comment shows it DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER -At first everything seemed like it was going to be good, but quickly seen this company is HORRIBLE. they don't order supplies and when they do IT IS THE WRONG SUPPLIES. Then when you call, you get attitude from Laura or Lauren and Joanna and if you try to reach Tom-their boss, you get no response. 3 months in and they have already switched a nurse visit without informing us so we waited around about all day until I had to call. Nurses were good but this company overall SUCKS. What you will find quickly straight from Tom and Joanna is you will NOT be valyed AT ALL. they care less.

The therapists are always dependable. If you need nursing, get another company. This is the second time in a month that they did not schedule me .Shame on them .If they are too busy to take care of their patients, then hire more people or tell patients to get another company

I have nothing but great things to say about the nurse's ive had come take care of my picc line. Dawn is always on time and very pleasant and happy. If i ever need home care again i will not hesitate to call them . Great job ladies

If you care about yourself or a loved one that needs services provided by a nurse in your home, do not use this company, especially if you know what they are supposed to do, because of they don't do it, and you question them as to why, they will abandon you by discharging you from their services, without even notifying you. That's where I am right now with this company, my regular nurse ran out of a Dr ordered, medicated prescription material, used to treat pressure ulsers on the 14th of this month, a Thursday, had fill in nurses Friday and over the weekend, that had to make due with another product, when my regular nurse returned Monday, she told me she'd order it as soon as she left and that it should be here, either Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest....it wasn't here when she returned again on Thursday, the 21st, a week without it by now, and i wasn't real happy about it, I told her it was messed up and that I was right the previous week when I told her that it would be a week without it by the time it got here, she then preceded to get loud with me.....like I did something wrong and took ZERO responsibility for not making sure the supplys needed were here in her absence, took care of my wounds, n she informed as to what nurse would be here the following day, no one showed or called, called the companies wound nurse, who apologized, stating that I wasn't on her schedule, No nurse Friday. Waited to here from someone for Saturday, no call, no visit, I called the office n spoke to the weekend supervisor, from the office in Cabot told her no one had been there for 2 days, she looked n said she didn't even have orders for me n she'd look into it and get back to me, called me back and informed me that her records showed me being discharged the 21st....I still have not received official notification as to why on the 26th. So they weren't holding up their end of the contract, and because this upset me, and I voiced my concern, they discharged me, never told me, and walked a way, abandoning me as a patient still in need of their services, and now my dressings haven't been changed since Thursday morning.So, if you need medical services in your home, I highly recommend using a better company, this one will try anything to keep the money paid to them, and they will try and tell you that even with Drs orders stating you being seen every day, they will try to tell you that they are supposed to train someone to do their job, so they can keep more of the Medicare monies sent to them for your care. And again, be a sheep and just say ok, otherwise they will threaten to discharge you also.Federal guidelines state that they cannot just abandon you when you need the care they provide, without making arrangements to get another company in to see you.....they don't do that tho.....use another service. Reading previous reviews, I see that others have had similar experiences. Hope this helps in your search for home health. Have a nice day.

I had open heart surgery and needed in home care, Nurses never show up on time if they show up at all needed them for past 3 week 2 times a week only been at my house 2 time's I would not let this company watch my dog the supervisor Kelly was very rude when I called to talk about the situation she said if that's how you fill then cancel the service7/1/2017

The only reason I give one star is because of Nurse Pat. She is a wonderful nurse, flexible with Doctor appointments during care. And is really nice. And three other nurses that were good. But the problem we have is a lot of nurses were complaining saying I or my wife should be giving my wife's meds in pick line. When I have to work Monday through Friday and even on week ends. And the most important complaint from us is when we have a doctors appointment nurses never call us and we have to take medication 2 to 3 hours late when it has to be taken at same time everyday as doctors orders. We have enough problems with my wife's health we've been battling Urinary track infections for a year and some now and we both had operations due to me giving my wife my kidney by trading my kidney in a kidney swap program at upmc montifiore. It's been a nightmare every sense then. What the heck Concordia!! get with the program!!
