Constantly changing rates and talked down to us while trying to cancel. Blamed everything on florida and never wanted to help fix our rates, just blamed it on our age and florida rates. Well now I'm saving 260 dollars a month over at progressive for better coverage on our vehicles. Edit: An agent named Josh called and actually checked on us to see what happened to make sure everything was handled correctly. For that I'll give them two more stars for josh being so kind.
