Courtney Paat's State Farm insurance are unbelievable!! Courtney Paat and her great team of agents are the best insurance company I have ever dealt with! Josh Jarvis one of her agents was great to work with. Courtney not only saves you money on your insurance she also does the little things like sending you a Christmas card and Christmas labels for your Christmas cards along with sending you a Birthday card on your birthday!! It was a big switch for us to change companies and they made transition easy. Each person helpful in the process. Friendly, Went above and beyond to meet both needs and desires as well as to educate us on other opportunities to possibly save. We did not feel like just a number.

Constantly changing rates and talked down to us while trying to cancel. Blamed everything on florida and never wanted to help fix our rates, just blamed it on our age and florida rates. Well now I'm saving 260 dollars a month over at progressive for better coverage on our vehicles. Edit: An agent named Josh called and actually checked on us to see what happened to make sure everything was handled correctly. For that I'll give them two more stars for josh being so kind.
