Had this location for auto policy. I have auto pay and this is the 4th time my policy was cancelled in 4 years for non payment. They claim to have called me about payment problems but I actually receive calls after my policy is cancelled. I called on my own today for a new auto quote and was told my policy was cancelled 3 days ago. Same thing all over again. I am home 24/7 and they never called me. I will see about incoming phone call records but I have bright house so I probably won't have access to those. I need an agent who will try to get in contact with their customers when something isn't right with an account. When I try to call them, I get a voice mail so I can't even make my account right. I'm thinking about taking my business elsewhere.
