This company is a scam! They debited my Health Savings Account $19.99 per month for 6 months and I was never aware of it. We missed the charges because it started just after my husband had major surgery and we had lots of charges to the account at that time. I called the company to ask what the charges were regarding, and was put on interminable hold. I tried pressing 1 to keep my place in line and have a Customer Service Rep call me back, and never received a call back. This company is located in a suite in some office park somewhere in Chicago. I called my Health Savings Account bank and reported this as fraud. Had to close my account and re-open under a new account number. Beware! Fraud!

Coveredell is consumer friendly! They run a program called Today's Escapes. Although they cancelled my membership without even telling me and were very frustrating to deal with initially, they were responsive to my unusual circumstance. After several phone calls they reinstated my membership! If they are out of cards or coupons, they get new ones in a few days later. Their computers run very slowly. They need to update their modem. Their consumer relations department is polite, attentive and responds to your issues.
