Coveredell is consumer friendly! They run a program called Today's Escapes. Although they cancelled my membership without even telling me and were very frustrating to deal with initially, they were responsive to my unusual circumstance. After several phone calls they reinstated my membership! If they are out of cards or coupons, they get new ones in a few days later. Their computers run very slowly. They need to update their modem. Their consumer relations department is polite, attentive and responds to your issues.
