Their sales department needs to lay off. I got onto a list of theirs recently and I've received multiple calls from Erica. At one point she hung up on my bookkeeping manager who has taken several messages from her. Spoke with her today 40 minutes after she spoke with my team member. She was antagonistic for the entire call and she denied speaking with him, insisting that she had only left voicemails for me (which would bypass my manager completely and come directly to me). Rather than talking about it, she insisted that it was my problem and that she would have no reason to lie, and was sorry that I "was having a bad day". Perhaps someone else left the message under her name and logged it as a voicemail, but how easy would it have been to say, "it looks like our records might be in error" and talk through the issue? There's no excuse for poor customer service like this, but worse is the lack of accountability. Would not work with a company like this regardless of their services if you know they're going to duck for cover immediately when there's an issue.
