4hrs+ and waiting. Mostly rude staff lacking empathy and or sympathy. Not sure if they are just burned out, overworked or what??? Would love to assist in a project with better organization, signup process and or anything to make this work flow for those in need, volunteers and others less of a hassle, less time consuming along with more positive outcomes even if they are unable to assist. To think at this point all I want is confirmation that my name and or paperwork is still awaiting to be reviewed and still will happen TODAY!
