CTS Graphics exemplifies the word excellence! The journey started about five years ago when my Pastor Jonathan L. Woods, Sr. of All Nations Church Fairfield, AL assigned me the project of finding a company to create our new church logo. I started googling different things and was very impressed with Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International website when I scrolled down to see who created the website, I found their name CTS Graphics as the creator of the website. I immediately click the link and browsed CTS company website and noticed all the major artist who have patronaged their business. I decided to contact the company and spoke with the owner Michael Smith, he was friendly, courteous and professional and knowledgeable. I placed the order and the outcome left me speechless. We were well pleased with the services provided. I would recommend this company to any business due to the range of services they offer. They have provided us so many things such as of course the church logo, customized letterhead and correspondence envelopes, offering envelopes, customized window banners for our sanctuary, business cards, customized organ panel for the stage, customized outdoor sign, parking signs, front door banner, customized elders display board, customized faces wall mural, and our upcoming daycare logo. Mr. Michael values each client’s relationship and makes sure each client is satisfied. His level of perfection to achieve quality results and level of skillset related to branding your business is superb!Last, but not least, his lead designer, Chante is a beast at what she does. I also request her for everything we do, but I’m always pleased. She’s patient and she’s professional. CTS Graphics did not fulfill their contract in building my business website. After months of experiencing problems with the unfinished website and hosting, I was forced to hire a new designer to finish my project. The owner refused to issue a partial refund, so I sued him in civil court. Do not use CTS Graphics. You will regret it.
