CTS Graphics did not fulfill their contract in building my business website. After months of experiencing problems with the unfinished website and hosting, I was forced to hire a new designer to finish my project. The owner refused to issue a partial refund, so I sued him in civil court. Do not use CTS Graphics. You will regret it.
