I want to thank all at Custom Coach & Limo.I recently had a family party where I reserved a bus to allow all to enjoy themselves without the risk of drinking and driving.The bus that arrived was right on time, clean, air conditioning worked perfect for a hot summers day and the driver (Maria) piped in great music for the ride.Custom Coach also provided a free upgrade of a bus with a rest room since one was available which was greatly appreciated.The return trip was just as enjoyable.I would recommend them to anyone and would use again in the future.Thanks to John and Maria for making the event a success.Jim

We used custom coach for our wedding day in NYC. The 23 person bus was awesome, clean, spacious and very fancy. Our driver made sure to pick us up and get us to our venues with time to spare and also called in advance to make sure everything ran smoothly. Great company and would definitely recommend them!!

Everything you are looking for in a charter transport company! We used Custom Coach to provide transport for our wedding in Wells, ME. Cameron was super responsive and really knew the area, ensuring that we had ironed out all the details in advance and didn’t have to worry the day of. For the past several years, I have been bringing a group of high school seniors to New York to learn about TV Broadcasting. We have worked with Custom Coach & Limo each year to charter a bus to take us through the city to various locations where TV shows and movies have been filmed. I provide a very circuitous route of where I want to go in the city and Custom Coach always accommodates us. Their buses are modern, roomy, clean and I can't say enough about how wonderful their drivers are. Each year we have had a different driver and each year I leave thinking we have somehow landed the best driver on the staff. They take care of us, fix problems I may have created by not knowing Manhattan as well as I think I do, and in general, have made our bus tour the highlight of our week. I would not even think of using anyone else. This past month, a Nor'easter came in on the day we were scheduled for our bus tour. I received a call from John the day before the storm him warning us that we were headed into a troublesome situation. He gave me several options: Try to go ahead with the tour, reschedule it for another day, or refund our money. The choice was ours. I had been so busy taking care of students that i wasn't even aware a storm was coming in. His phone call to me saved the day for us. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate our relationship with, not just this company, but the individuals in the company who we interact with. I could not be more satisfied.

If you're looking for 5 Star service at a 2 star rate.... look no further. Custom coach is the way to go. The staff is extremely pleasant and respectful. The buses are clean enough to eat off the floor. By far the smartest choice I made using custom coach for our night out on the town!!

Wanted to let you know that Custom Coach limo has exceptional service.. rented 16 passenger mercedez sprinter for my birthday weekend.. the service was excellent John and Tina were easy to work with.. the driver Lou was so accommodating he assisted with loading and unloading our luggage as well as putting in the car seats for the children .. the van was high quality and was a smooth ride.i have dealt with many companies and by far customer coach is the best so far!will definitely be doing business again

My friends and I used Custom Coach the last two Decembers to travel to Baltimore and Philadelphia with a large group and we had a great experience both times. The drivers were on time, the buses clean and the pricing fair. Mike did a great job safely driving us to and from Philadelphia in the snow and we plan to use them again next year.I recommend their services to anyone else in the greater NJ area.
