For the past several years, I have been bringing a group of high school seniors to New York to learn about TV Broadcasting. We have worked with Custom Coach & Limo each year to charter a bus to take us through the city to various locations where TV shows and movies have been filmed. I provide a very circuitous route of where I want to go in the city and Custom Coach always accommodates us. Their buses are modern, roomy, clean and I can't say enough about how wonderful their drivers are. Each year we have had a different driver and each year I leave thinking we have somehow landed the best driver on the staff. They take care of us, fix problems I may have created by not knowing Manhattan as well as I think I do, and in general, have made our bus tour the highlight of our week. I would not even think of using anyone else. This past month, a Nor'easter came in on the day we were scheduled for our bus tour. I received a call from John the day before the storm him warning us that we were headed into a troublesome situation. He gave me several options: Try to go ahead with the tour, reschedule it for another day, or refund our money. The choice was ours. I had been so busy taking care of students that i wasn't even aware a storm was coming in. His phone call to me saved the day for us. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate our relationship with, not just this company, but the individuals in the company who we interact with. I could not be more satisfied.
