Overall this company is a total ripoff and not worth the investment for the business owner. They will help you get reviews on their site but you absolutely won't get reviews on Google, Yelp or Facebook using their service. This means that when they decide to raise their rates and you decide to cancel, you will lose all your reviews. ( The only reviews they get are Customer Lobby reviews)They keep control over them so if you cancel they never appear online again.They won't even give you an option to keep your reviews online that you may have accumulated if you decide to no longer use their service. When hiring a review company, it's best you find a company that will get you reviews on Google, yelp and Facebook because than you will always have those reviews even if you cancel the service. With Customer lobby you lose all your reviews if you cancel with them.Their ability to get reviews on the Google yelp and Facebook are inferior to other companies. This company is a huge waste of money and you will lose all your reviews with them when you cancel your service. Hire a company where your reviews show up even after you cancel because they appear on Google, Yelp and Facebook. This company helped me get 200 "customer lobby reviews" but less than 10 total on Google and Yelp in 4 years. I'll be cancelling soon and I'll lose my 200 reviews.
