This rating is for Chemtec Pest Control and I give them a 5 Star Rating !I’ve been using Chemtec for years now and they have always resolved all Pest issues I’ve brought to their attention.Today I had one of their technicians (Dave Wilson) arrive for a scheduled visit.Dave is very knowledgeable & respectful as are all the tech’s that I’ve had preform work in the past.I Highly Recommend Chemtec Pest Control they are a great company to have work for you.Pete V

The survey was dumped on us. The link to unsubscribe leads to nothing useful!! I went into Privacy and found: 'Simply click on the "Login" link located at the top of each Customer Lobby web page. If you no longer wish to receive communications from Customer Lobby, you may click on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email sent to you by Customer Lobby.' Not true! In order to unsubscribe I have to create an account (which allows them access to stuff I don't want them to have) then login to unsubscribe! I will phone Weathermakers to complain about this survey company!

Overall this company is a total ripoff and not worth the investment for the business owner. They will help you get reviews on their site but you absolutely won't get reviews on Google, Yelp or Facebook using their service. This means that when they decide to raise their rates and you decide to cancel, you will lose all your reviews. ( The only reviews they get are Customer Lobby reviews)They keep control over them so if you cancel they never appear online again.They won't even give you an option to keep your reviews online that you may have accumulated if you decide to no longer use their service. When hiring a review company, it's best you find a company that will get you reviews on Google, yelp and Facebook because than you will always have those reviews even if you cancel the service. With Customer lobby you lose all your reviews if you cancel with them.Their ability to get reviews on the Google yelp and Facebook are inferior to other companies. This company is a huge waste of money and you will lose all your reviews with them when you cancel your service. Hire a company where your reviews show up even after you cancel because they appear on Google, Yelp and Facebook. This company helped me get 200 "customer lobby reviews" but less than 10 total on Google and Yelp in 4 years. I'll be cancelling soon and I'll lose my 200 reviews. This investment has cost over $5000 with nothing to show for it. ( RIPOFF)There are much better options out there. Signpost is superior at getting reviews that count, so is Broadly

I’ve been a loyal client for 8 years and credit CL for helping me in the early years (2010) of building an online portfolio of happy client reviews. As Google and others made CL inconsequential, I continued to subscribe out of respect for their help early on. Today I received an email stating my monthly payment was going up by nearly 50%($69to$99), but I was lucky because the real rate I should be paying is $179. “As business owners, we know that budgets are tight and we do not look upon price changes lightly. That is why we are not raising you to our current Reviews rate of $179...” Wow, good luck treating customers like this. Marketing Manager Jenn Wilson needs to read her emails before pressing send. You might want to build out your own online reputation beyond your own platform.

What an obnoxious company this Customer Lobby is. They have been calling for months asking us to give them a try. They do not take no for an answer. We asked them to stop calling. Our owner even chewed them out over how aggressive they were being, after they went around his back and had one of our employees give them access to our customer database under the guise that our owner had allowed it.For a company that promises to generate more reviews, their own reviews sure don't reflect that. BEWARE.

Last week I tried to post a honest review about next level SEM marketing out of Fort Lauderdale . Wanted to share the horrible experience I had, so I tried to post a review here. Review was never posted. I did receive a confirmation email about the review. This tells me customer lobby hold back any negative reviews that someone may want to leave. As of today next level marketing is still a five-star service. But I left them a one star review.
