I’ve been a loyal client for 8 years and credit CL for helping me in the early years (2010) of building an online portfolio of happy client reviews. As Google and others made CL inconsequential, I continued to subscribe out of respect for their help early on. Today I received an email stating my monthly payment was going up by nearly 50%($69to$99), but I was lucky because the real rate I should be paying is $179. “As business owners, we know that budgets are tight and we do not look upon price changes lightly. That is why we are not raising you to our current Reviews rate of $179...” Wow, good luck treating customers like this. Marketing Manager Jenn Wilson needs to read her emails before pressing send. You might want to build out your own online reputation beyond your own platform.
