We got ripped off, they wanted to charge us more . Furthermore, the place was so uncomfortable and the space between tables was really small. The food was good though

I had a very bad experience in this place. Be advised you may be charged $50 if some of your party cancel last min. This was a birthday dinner for a friend so they did us a favor and accommodated our party outside since initially our reservation was inside but we lacked to arrive on time. Our server was okay, I ordered the ceviche and calamari, it didn’t seem like fresh seafood because I got sick immediately after leaving the place. There was an old lady smoking weed while we were there, the smell was disgusting. At the time to pay you can’t get separate checks in case you have a huge party. It took me an hr to pay the check and ended paying more due to the miscalculation within our group since I was the last one to pay because I brought cash. The shows are not even worth it and I won’t be returning ever again.

Absolutely awful service, this place needs a staff overhaul ASAP. Aside from the terrible job that the waitress did throughout the meal, failing to bring out ordered drinks, ordered food, and taking 20mins in between coming over to us, when addressing the issues with the manager, Pedro, he was rude, unhelpful and flat out incompetent. After working in the restaurant industry for 5 years, he is the worst restaurant manager I have every encountered. After discussing what had transpired he remarked that "he was not responsible." After he left the table rudely without fixing our issues, the waitress remarked that "she did not like working here anymore because of Pedro," and, "business was declining because he was pushing away repeat business." PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME, EFFORT AND MONEY, AND CHOOSE ANOTHER VENUE FOR YOUR SPECIAL OCCASION.TLDRGood food, good atmosphere, service is a D+ at best, and Management is an absolute embarrassment to the restaurant industry. Will definitely never dine here again.

Absolutely TERRIBLE service. Waitress took 20 minutes just to take our drink orders, and then another 15 minutes to bring the drinks to us. Then, when my friend and I complained to the manager, he quickly became impatient and later on hostile with me. He proceeded to insult me in front of my dinner guests, calling me a "spoiled little kid" and got in my face threatening to "fight me" as I was leaving the restaurant. I asked for his name about five times, but he wouldn't give it to me. I believe his name was Pedro.
