Apparently a year of experience isn’t enough if you haven’t had at least 3 different jobs and a reference from each job. I wish they would have said this over the phone instead of wasting my time. Other TEMP agencies don’t do all that.

They don't even deserve a one star... I went there today and was so disappointed.... this is a agency that suppose to help others With employment they denied me because I had gaps but not asking why the last past 4yrs I had gaps because my mother took ill she recently passed away June of last year I kept a job for 6months last year but lost it because I was 6months pregnant and my mom was really ill...after I had my son I been trying to work since December of last year but the jobs was hard to maintain because I'm a single mother and no one to keep my son I recently moved to steger with a friend because I heard that it was a staffing agency/temp that help place you in warehouses with first shift opportunity... They didn't want to help me and turned me away because I didn't have much work experience.. if this is a staffing agency/temp agency why wouldn't no one want to help me why did you guys turn me down? The lady had no remorse I really want to work I really depended on getting in this because it's hard to find jobs my son only have me to depend on and the fact I got turned away by a place that suppose to help you with employment turned me away is messed up they never called none of my jobs to verify that I left them all on good terms I was a good employer just made the choice of Sacrificing My time to be a good daughter and mother

I tried to use this staffing agency years ago when I lived near the Olympia Fields location and was incredibly disappointed with the service I got. When I first signed up with them in person, they wouldn’t even take a paper copy of my resume- they just want me to upload it to their website. Every time I would visit the office they would just tell me to check the website- which they rarely updated. Once they had a position on the site that had expired over six months ago! They also didn’t do a good job of matching the postings with the actual jobs being offered. Hopefully they’ve improved since then.

Ima give them a one star because they lie too much and the way they don’t let you redeem yourself is bulls’’t I’ll never apply with them again. Elite staffing and flexible staffing are the best.

These people are liars! They all tell you different things. I was let go of an assignment because I couldn't work voluntarily OT due to the fact that my son's daycare center doesn't open up that early. When given the job description and details by recruiter JT, he left out that this specific company needs people who are open to work OT everyday and on the weekends. Had I known this, I would've never taken the assignment because I knew I wouldn't be able to make it. After they used me for a week, they let me go for some dumb reason. Someone supposedly heard me say that I didn't make enough money. First off, even if I did say that, how is that grounds of termination???? Secondly and most importantly, I NEVER SAID IT. I honestly feel like I was let go because I couldn't meet the the OT requirements that David Staffing recruiter JT failed to tell me and the entire group at orientation. Now they want me to come in to sign a written warning in order to work with them again. Other than this situation, everyone has been very nice and helpful. If they can get their lack of communication skills together, this would be an awesome agency!

The worst Staffing Agency ever! You can't get them to get you a job if you were paying them to do so. I have only been sent on a one day assignment once in over six months. They make you go through so much and then don' t even call you back. It isn't like I don't have any skills. I'm sure that I can do all of their jobs with ease- especially the reception desk. This agency is a waste of time. They dress like its a casual Friday every day.
