These people are liars! They all tell you different things. I was let go of an assignment because I couldn't work voluntarily OT due to the fact that my son's daycare center doesn't open up that early. When given the job description and details by recruiter JT, he left out that this specific company needs people who are open to work OT everyday and on the weekends. Had I known this, I would've never taken the assignment because I knew I wouldn't be able to make it. After they used me for a week, they let me go for some dumb reason. Someone supposedly heard me say that I didn't make enough money. First off, even if I did say that, how is that grounds of termination???? Secondly and most importantly, I NEVER SAID IT. I honestly feel like I was let go because I couldn't meet the the OT requirements that David Staffing recruiter JT failed to tell me and the entire group at orientation. Now they want me to come in to sign a written warning in order to work with them again. Other than this situation, everyone has been very nice and helpful. If they can get their lack of communication skills together, this would be an awesome agency!
