I have worked here for about two years now, this company has helped me personally and professionally. People say the roads to success are not pretty, they truly are not. This company helps you push outside your comfort zone and add skills for the business world. The people working here are like family, we help each other blossom and think outside the box. It’s amazing when knowledge comes together and when there is unity among the leaders. It’s not all about work ethic and attitude it’s about having fun with it, and maintaining it. I moved from San Jose, had no family around this area, and they became my true family. They are helping me along the way through my own road to success and the road to success really let’s you find who you are in this world. I wake up every morning and am thankful to go to work today.

Been employed with DDI for almost 3 years and it is definitely the best work experience I've been apart of. Not a current employee. I worked at DDI for about 4 years, and the environment, learning, and people are nothing like anything I've experienced before. First place I've seen where they care more about you as a person than their bottom line, genuinely. On top of that It was ton of fun and I built real world skill sets in the process. Any job I interview for, I land it. Confidence is through the roof. I learned discipline; how to manage finances, employees, myself, and business operations which allowed me to pursue my dream career and start businesses on the side. Because of the skills I've learned here within 2 years of leaving the company, and no degree, I was able to break into the Video Game Industry. And I thank Darryl and everyone there that helped teach and shape who I am as a person.

Basically a joke, act like big shots and put up a front. This really is not business consulting, this is just some guys sitting at walmart trying to sell you stuff and sign you onto contracts. I doubt people here actually are actually well educated or know about business, not saying I do, but don't act like you guys are some big shot business leaders. And really why are all reviews from current employees, let your clients and your performance speak for itself. Advice to anyone looking at this firm, aim higher.
