Not a current employee. I worked at DDI for about 4 years, and the environment, learning, and people are nothing like anything I've experienced before. First place I've seen where they care more about you as a person than their bottom line, genuinely. On top of that It was ton of fun and I built real world skill sets in the process. Any job I interview for, I land it. Confidence is through the roof. I learned discipline; how to manage finances, employees, myself, and business operations which allowed me to pursue my dream career and start businesses on the side. Because of the skills I've learned here within 2 years of leaving the company, and no degree, I was able to break into the Video Game Industry. And I thank Darryl and everyone there that helped teach and shape who I am as a person.
