A true hometown experience. Everyone is the office is great! I wound up switching ALL of my policies to State Farm. Very Professional, found some great discounts for us. They do so much for the community too! Thank you for being so awesome!

Horrible customer service, bait-and-switch tactics, fraudulent billing, I'm not sure where to begin with this office. I signed up for an auto policy on the word of the agent that I would receive an additional discount after my first three months. After three months, my bill increase by about $75. I called them to resolve the issue, they admitted they made a mistake, however, I'm now in the last month of my policy and the issue still isn't resolved. In fact they just processed a payment without my knowledge for more than I owe. Avoid this office like the plague.

This is the most professional, knowledgeable and courteous staff. They go out of their way to make sure you have the proper coverage and discounts. They are quick to call you back, walk you through questions and provide solutions. I now understand the importance of having the right amount of life insurance coverage in order to protect my family. Highly recommend

These folks really pulled one over on me. They were nice and helpful at first when I called for a quote on my new homeowner's policy. They also quoted my auto insurance, and when we found they weren't competitive we elected to keep our current auto policy and start only a homeowner's policy with them. Two days after we closed on our house I received an email from one of the agents telling me that we need to finish updating my auto policy. I reminded them that we weren't going to use them for auto insurance. Then I began to get a series of emails telling me that my rate was going to go up anywhere between $300 to $700 per year because I would be losing the multi-policy discount that they had set me up with. I told them that there must have been a mistake because we never wanted the auto policy and made it crystal clear from the beginning that we would be sticking with our current auto policy. My experience with Debbie Aragon/State Farm in Steamboat was a classic bait and switch routine that I thought was reserved for used car salesmen. I would never consider using them in the future after they tried to force feed me their auto insurance with scare tactics and the promise of a lower rate (which was still going to cost me several hundred dollars more annually). I've since cancelled my policy with them and went with another agency, which by the way gave me better coverage for less money.

What a great experience I had today! Both Amy and Jenny were efficient and helped me with all of my questions. I purchased awesome life insurance policies for my kids (check it out-- total no brainer people!) and will get lower rates on my home and car too! Highly recommend!
