Yeah l, they were good to me while I was a paying customer.. I called a month ahead of time to inform them that I found a better rate and that I wouldn’t be continuing my policy with them, this month would be the last billing cycle.. called in to confirm at the end of the month and the rep told me everything was good and I wouldn’t be charged.. 4 days later they took the payment out of my account anyways. When I call Statefarm I get the run around about how I called too late?? And then Denise tells me the refund will be to me by Friday. When there was nothing on Friday I called in and Cat, in a very condescending tone informed me that it could be weeks and then she asks me if I want to cancel my renters policy also??? So now I’m confused everything should have been cancelled already.. Anyways, I get a message the following Monday from Adam saying the check was sent out that day.. today is Friday and still no refund.. I call 1855STATEFARM and they inform me that it wasn’t mailed out on Monday.. rather Wednesday. And then I get a letter of acknowledgment of my cancellation and they aren’t giving me my full renters refund! The Cancellation date is 4 days after I called the first time!!! This experience has been horrible! I was seriously considering doing business with them again as rates change all the time.. but now.. not at all.

I want to recognize Denise Aasen and her staff for the exemplary service they have provided to our family over many years. We have policies for 4 vehicles, 1 boat and a homeowners policy and Denise and her team consistently provides us with prompt, professional and very friendly service. In times of adversity, whether it be an automobile accident, damage to our home or any other unforeseen event that can occur when you least expect it, Denise has always come through for us and I have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in giving this team and this agency very high marks! Keep up the great work!

I couldn't be happier that I found Denise! Her and her team are always extremely responsive and genuinely treat you like a person instead of a policy number. I have never received this kind of service from an insurance company and would 100% recommend Denise to anyone.

I will never EVER recommend this agent or this company. I have been a loyal customer for many, many years. I have always made my payments on time and I have not had any issues like accidents or tickets. This year I went on a vacation overseas where I was out of phone service and during this time my bank had frozen my account/card due to suspicious activity. Therefore my automatic payment for my car insurance did not go through, I was unaware of this. Upon my return, about 20 days later, I got in a fender bender and called Denise to let her know. She was unavailable at this time as I have learned this is common for her. Several days later I got a phone call back telling me that I did not have insurance during the time of the accident because the auto payment did not go through and recommended that I contact upper management for additional help being that I had a legitimate reason and proof as to why this had happened. The man I spoke to in upper management gave me about 10 minutes of his time, and said "this is out of our hands" and further reminded me that I was on my own for the total cost of the vehicles. I then received an additional $100 charge from StateFarm for the time that I was not being covered. This was the WORST experience I have ever had to deal with. StateFarm and Denise have proven to be unsupportive, unreliable and absolutely TERRIBLE with customer service. I have never felt more taken advantage of or victimized from a company like I have with her and Statefarm.

Denise is an INCREDIBLE agent! Her staff are consistently responsive and professional, and have been a true joy to work with as providers of insurance. Denise consistently goes the extra mile to make me feel valued as a client, and is genuinely interested in who I am as a person. I would 100% recommend her to anyone seeking insurance!

Denise is a very enjoyable person to work with! She is very accomplished in all the duties of State Farm insurance. I feel very welcome coming into her office. Very friendly agents in her office. They are good too. Denise is willing to figure out any problems her customers have. I have all my insurance with Denise and very happy I do. Her last project we worked on was handled so well I think I was In shock when completed and it didn't hurt. It was Excellent! She was Spectacular! I strongly believe Denise is one of the best agents I have ever worked with.

Their customer service is second to none. They are so welcoming and make you feel at home. They truly embody the State Farm's current slogan "like a good neighbor State Farm is there." It puts my mind at ease having such a great insurance agent on my side.

Denise and her staff in St. Louis Park are awesome. Not only do I do business with her and get some policies with her she is my neighbor. She and her staff and friendly, helpful and trustworthy. Denise is passionate about what she does and is always positive. If I need a friendly face during my day, I pop over there and she always gives me a little wave even if she is busy on the phone or with a client. What a truly positive person. :) Thanks Denise and staff.

I am a young adult looking into auto insurance, and she was incredibly helpful and informative. When I spoke to her, I really felt like she had my best interest at heart.
