I will never EVER recommend this agent or this company. I have been a loyal customer for many, many years. I have always made my payments on time and I have not had any issues like accidents or tickets. This year I went on a vacation overseas where I was out of phone service and during this time my bank had frozen my account/card due to suspicious activity. Therefore my automatic payment for my car insurance did not go through, I was unaware of this. Upon my return, about 20 days later, I got in a fender bender and called Denise to let her know. She was unavailable at this time as I have learned this is common for her. Several days later I got a phone call back telling me that I did not have insurance during the time of the accident because the auto payment did not go through and recommended that I contact upper management for additional help being that I had a legitimate reason and proof as to why this had happened. The man I spoke to in upper management gave me about 10 minutes of his time, and said "this is out of our hands" and further reminded me that I was on my own for the total cost of the vehicles. I then received an additional $100 charge from StateFarm for the time that I was not being covered. This was the WORST experience I have ever had to deal with. StateFarm and Denise have proven to be unsupportive, unreliable and absolutely TERRIBLE with customer service. I have never felt more taken advantage of or victimized from a company like I have with her and Statefarm.
