I was surprised to see the unfavourable review below, which couldn't be more contrary to my experience with Design Fibre a few months back. I was candid about the fact that I wasn't in a position to commence business at that point, and found Sam to be very friendly and helpful regardless. Please don't take my review as an incitement to pester Design Fibre with spurious queries. There was, and still is, genuine intent to do business in the foreseeable future. I'll obviously update this review, if and when that happens.UPDATE: Design Fibre created a logo and website for my business (Five Valleys Piano) and I couldn't be happier.

I have worked with Sam on a number of occasions, and would wholeheartedly recommend him for any web or print design work. Sam is a pleasure to work with, he takes the time to get to know your business needs, and consistently strives to provide the best for you within your time frame and budget. I look forward to working with Sam in the future, and will continue to recommend him again and again.

I contracted Sam to carry out a redesign of a corporate blog, whilst working for a leading UK technology provider. The design skills and WordPress expertise provided by Design Fibre were fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I was really surprised to see the one-star review for Sam. I've worked for and with him for several years, seen him in operation at networking groups and seen first-hand how he treats clients and suppliers (including me). He's one of the good guys on the Cotswolds creative scene and an asset to everyone who uses his services. Knowing Sam, there must have been mitigating circumstances in this case – and there are always two sides to every story. This is not the Sam Hemmings that I and many others know and value for his design skills, experience, creativity, professionalism and integrity. Give him a call or email him (not a text message or IM out of the blue!) and find out for yourself. He's a gem!

I found Sam very aggressive and stroppy over the phone when I enquired about a job -tone was not provoking at all from my end. he basically told me off for contacting him and that I had no business enquiring to him because I knew nothing about what I 'needed" - all this because he'd immediately assessed my needs in the course of about 30 seconds. No chance to actually discuss the nuts and bolts of the website I was looking for. He indicated he didn't want my business and that I was annoying him in wasting his time. guess that says it.
