I was really surprised to see the one-star review for Sam. I've worked for and with him for several years, seen him in operation at networking groups and seen first-hand how he treats clients and suppliers (including me). He's one of the good guys on the Cotswolds creative scene and an asset to everyone who uses his services. Knowing Sam, there must have been mitigating circumstances in this case – and there are always two sides to every story. This is not the Sam Hemmings that I and many others know and value for his design skills, experience, creativity, professionalism and integrity.
