They offered guidance and advice to make sure I was well-prepared to meet with and work with clients. I reached out to Shannon about an opportunity I found on Digital's website. Not only was she responsive (even at the airport as she was going on vacation!) But she kindly left her colleague, Frank in charge of assisting me while she was away. The both of them are gold stars and just a pleasure when it came to guidance, assistance and closing the deal. In 2012, I was laid off of my job after 20 years. I thought it would be no problem to find a job. After sending out 100’s of resumes/on-line applications, I couldn’t even get an interview. I signed up with Digital People in the Fall of 2012 and have been working consistently with them ever since. I have received many, reoccurring, long-term assignments from them; helping several places during their busy seasons. Often times, I rarely get a week off between assignments.Shannon Sanderson truly tries to match your talents to the assignment. I constantly get offers from other agencies, usually for the absolute wrong positions and/or qualifications; if they can’t bother to read my resume, how can I trust them to find me a job that matches my skills?Shannon, Frank and everyone at Digital People truly go out of their way to both find you work, and insure that you are happy with the assignment. I cannot stress the professionalism and genuine care that I receive from them. Digital People believed in me and found me work when I was at the low point of my career; for that, I will always be grateful.

Ramon's wife speaking: I met Ramon when I started a new job where he was already temping. When I was laid off in Dec. of 2008, at the depths of the great recession, Ramon introduced me to a number of different talent agencies. At that time he worked with 9 different ones. I talked to all of them, but nothing panned out except for Digital People and one other one. Ramon would frantically call all his contacts, trying to set up the next job, always worrying about how things would work out. I thought that was way too stressful and after a couple of years he came around to my way of thinking.We both were working exclusively with Digital People until Ramon got it in his head that he didn't want to sit in front of the "frickin' computer" all day. He went back to school to become a massage therapist. Shannon was awesome at finding jobs for Ramon with flexible hours to allow him the time he needed for school. For a year he worked full time during the day and went to school at night and on weekends. Then there was a year and a half of balancing the graphic design work with building the massage business. Again, Shannon came through with jobs that fit his schedule.I continue to get long term assignments; I know I won't be between assignments for long! I like being a contract worker for Digital People so much that I refuse to apply to permanent positions, even when directly requested to do so by my boss. I look forward to many more years of working with Shannon, Frank and the whole team at Digital People. Keep up the great work!
