This place is the best I looked all over town for a post print office, and they were all to far, but DITTO was close enough for me to get to and handle my business, and it really made me feel better.....

Dittos did a fast turnaround job for me and it turned out great. Their staff was pleasant and I was impressed with their communication. No need to use an online service when you have a print shop like this local in Modesto. Great work Dittos. Keep it up!

I'm no one who likes to write reviews but after the outstanding customer service i have received I could not let Lucia's hard work go un-noticed she gave outstanding customer service and had all the patients in me and my elder brother helping us find the right type of paper and design for my mothers birthday invitations my brother had some ideas of himself but did not know any english, it was helpful that she was fluent in spanish, she also keep a good conversation going and has a good scene of humor, I was most pleased with my visit overall I felt most welcomed very comfortable environment and would most definitely recommend Lucia.

I called to ask how much for color copies. Instead of getting the quick answer I expected I was HUNG UP ON. I had to call back . The rude gentlemen on the phone told me the answer . When I informed him I was hung up on instead of apologizing he said it wasn't me and they meant to put you on hold. On hold?? why would I have to be put on hold to answer a question that a copy shop should know instantly? And why did he not say sorry? Respect is important to me ... I won't be using their services.

When I need something done right, I take it to Dittos. The staff here is very friendly and professional. They will meet your needs every time. The store is always clean, and there is always great parking spots right outside of the store.
