I called to ask how much for color copies. Instead of getting the quick answer I expected I was HUNG UP ON. I had to call back . The rude gentlemen on the phone told me the answer . When I informed him I was hung up on instead of apologizing he said it wasn't me and they meant to put you on hold. On hold?? why would I have to be put on hold to answer a question that a copy shop should know instantly? And why did he not say sorry? Respect is important to me ... I won't be using their services.
