My sister has been on the phone with them all day, and has gotten no where. So i called and the lady on the phone asked me for a number to call me back so i gave her the only number that is available but that is the prooblem we have no dial tone andd this happens quite often so i asked to speak to a supervisor and i got the founder of the company. He eas quite cocky and rude and told me we have an appt tomorrow but the first lady couldn't tell me tbat? So instead of talking to the rude supervisor i asked who his boss was when he said he was the founder and there is no use complaining because he is on the board so there is no use complaining. The phone is very important for my mothers life line to be able to press her button in case of emergency. Really bad customer service especially if the founder will squash all complaints
