My sister has been on the phone with them all day, and has gotten no where. So i called and the lady on the phone asked me for a number to call me back so i gave her the only number that is available but that is the prooblem we have no dial tone andd this happens quite often so i asked to speak to a supervisor and i got the founder of the company. He eas quite cocky and rude and told me we have an appt tomorrow but the first lady couldn't tell me tbat? So instead of talking to the rude supervisor i asked who his boss was when he said he was the founder and there is no use complaining because he is on the board so there is no use complaining. The phone is very important for my mothers life line to be able to press her button in case of emergency. Really bad customer service especially if the founder will squash all complaints

Lots of issues with signal loss. Last 2 times called for tech support & every time I attempted to speak, the guy would cut me off & ramble on & on about what he is seeing with the signal. I finally handed the phone to my son, who worked in a similar field while in the Marines. Not only did the guy cut him off, speak disrespectfully to a customer, but blamed both of us for "taking it the wrong way". Finally my son told the guy to shut up & have the consideration for us to speak so he understood the actual issue. The tech blamed our router, we replaced it & STILL have the same issues! Seriously get some good customer service.

The option to avoid Comcast was tempting, but the constant billing errors are making me think we chose wrong. The service is spotty, like everything out here, and they can't maintain a website, which is concerning for a communications company. The billing dept is a disaster. Every other month we get double-billed with 2 late fees (1 for the bill that's not even due yet, dated for the invoice closing) because they neglected to cash last month's check until it was time to send out the next bill. It's not unusual to not even get the bill until after the printed due date, either.They get 1 star for never fighting the piss-poor billing errors, and 1 for being not Comcast.

There is nothing lower than 1 Star. If there was a NEGATIVE 20 Star then these YoYo's would get it!If you love extremes, as in extreme incompetence, then you will love DNA. Started by a street monkey and then passed on to a criminal, this company has nothing but up to go. It cannot fall any further into the abyss of irrelevance. If you need anything that they are pushing then go to Frontier.Everything they sell is Frontier branded service simply marked up because our federal government requires incompetent companies like this one to stay in business. Created because of the Rural Electrification Act pushed by FDR, these illiterates called DNA, are able to ride the coattails of real companies. There are NO AMERICAN BORN CITIZENS working at DNA, nor is it owned by American Born Citizens. Can you say alien?If your IQ is hovering around 80 or so, then by all means go ahead and call them. If not find a real company with actual equipment connected to a network.

I love DNA! Amazing service to go along with the best prices. What else can you ask for? Their customer service is excellent and they didn't make me sign a contract. I'll never go back to another company again!
