Feedback:

The option to avoid Comcast was tempting, but the constant billing errors are making me think we chose wrong. The service is spotty, like everything out here, and they can't maintain a website, which is concerning for a communications company. The billing dept is a disaster. Every other month we get double-billed with 2 late fees (1 for the bill that's not even due yet, dated for the invoice closing) because they neglected to cash last month's check until it was time to send out the next bill. It's not unusual to not even get the bill until after the printed due date, either.They get 1 star for never fighting the piss-poor billing errors, and 1 for being not Comcast.
