Feedback:

Lots of issues with signal loss. Last 2 times called for tech support & every time I attempted to speak, the guy would cut me off & ramble on & on about what he is seeing with the signal. I finally handed the phone to my son, who worked in a similar field while in the Marines. Not only did the guy cut him off, speak disrespectfully to a customer, but blamed both of us for "taking it the wrong way". Finally my son told the guy to shut up & have the consideration for us to speak so he understood the actual issue. The tech blamed our router, we replaced it & STILL have the same issues! Seriously get some good customer service.
