We worked with Karen Poulos to get us through the Medicare process. Karen is extremely knowledgeable and she worked diligently to help my wife and I with answers to our many questions and to complete the application process. This was especially helpful on the supplemental plans and the Part D plans. Karen was outstanding and explained all the options and with her experience, she was able to recommend the best plans for us. Karen handled all the forms and did everything. We have received everything and are all signed up now. Karen made the complete Medicare process simple, quick, and easy. Thanks Karen- we will continue to work with you in the future!

Being new to the area, I was looking for an Insurance agent that could assist me with finding a more affordable car insurance, closer to my residence. Lauren was very instrumental in locating a really great rate with a reputable insurance company by comparing rates with other companies. Lauren is very friendly and understanding of what I was looking for and would recommend her and the agency.

I've had Erie insurance since1997. My agent is the best, Lori Zoll. A question never went unanswered and I've learned that our insurance covers more than we originally thought it covered. I did some research and I have come to the conclusion Erie has given me the best deal so far. I would recommend Erie to family and friends after explaining the benefits we have received for the last 21 years.
