After all the great reviews I really wanted to give them a try. I had travelers, just renewed, but thought I could get a better rate. I did the quote online and waited a few days for a call from the agent (it was a Friday I did this). I finally called them and talked with a nice woman who informed me she was leaving but would have another colleague of hers call me with the final quote. Well today they still never got back to me, so I took my business to the Allstate agent in town, and she was wonderful!
