Client Review on Dunes Realty
Feedback:
We have been using Dunes Realty for about 7 years with no issues but this time will be our last probably. It was the worst vacation we have ever had. Our daughter is severely Autistic with a seizure disorder and she cannot communicate. To make this short we were treated terrible at the condo we rented. It seems no one cares about people like her these days. We were evacuated a couple of days but were able to return to the condo. We should have gone home because things just got worse. We were told the elevator would be back in operation that afternoon. It was not fixed by the time we left 5 days later! That was just unbelievable when they had more guests checking in. It was heartbreaking getting our daughter down those stairs by making her scoot down them. Then there's the one person that lives there who likes to harass the tourist. She put a fake parking ticket on our car. Dunes needs to do something about her and the people in the office that have no idea how to handle these situations. I want to add that Dunes Realty just called me to try to make this right and I appreciate that very much . That makes my faith in humanity restored a great deal. Thank you Dunes for caring!!!!
