WOW! What an incredibly horrible experience. Probably the worst customer service I have ever seen. I just ordered some plastic business cards. I uploaded my own images. I later received an email asking for my signatures to sign off for the printing process. I was kind of surprised because they had taken my image in on the rest of the card left a tremendous amount of white space on both the left and the right side of the card. I thought that’s strange so I called and spoke with Edward who was very professional and kind about the situation. He suggested I upload a different image and we worked together to resolve the situation. I received the next email to verify and sign again and to my dismay was staring at the original same images with a white background on the left and right side. Obviously this is an automated system. I then called back and spoke with a different representative and he assisted me and we thought we had the situation resolved. I receive the cards in the mail and unfortunately on the front of the card the text looks too small and you have to literally hold it up to your face to read it. I called Edward about the situation and he said he was going to help me out. Unfortunately he is out today and I spoke with the other gentleman. This guy started getting smart with me telling me that our phone conversations were recorded and I signed this at such date and time being very insulting. I was telling the representative that yes of course I remember signing the document and the proof looks great on the computer but not in person and I had no problem paying for more services just to get this thing squared away. To which this little knit wit over the phone started getting smart with me. I was telling him that you could take 24 hours if you need to get back to me or whatever if you need to go to a manager and he started to get very defensive. I’m not the kind of person that takes kindly to rude people so I let him know that I wasn’t appreciating the customer service that I had to wait he said that I was being threatening. Maybe it’s this day and age with millennial males I don’t know but I tell you this the customer service was absolutely horrible and I told him listen just forget about the whole damn project about $270 and I don’t really care. Just because of that last phone conversation is the only reason I’m on Google leaving this review. I understand that creating a product can take a little work from both sides; the customer and the company. Somebody should have stopped the process when they first saw the first proof and brought it to my attention. They just basically boxed it up and sent it out. A little bit of customer service goes along way and you boys really dropped the ball on this one.***For future customers make sure you really take a good hard look at your cards and I would highly suggest getting a physical proof before you sign off on that document. When you do and you call them about it they’re basically going to be complete jerks over the phone. I’ll take my business somewhere else.
