I purchased some key tags, and they were very high quality. The price suited me too! Print quality was excellent and all colors actually matched my other unrelated promotional prints. Getting ready to order more, as the first batch went over well.

I have ordered SEVERAL times from Duracard. I have always been happy with the product. I never really had to deal with the service, until today.I placed an order on 11/8 for black Friday. (Per their post- Duracard Plastic CardsNovember 8 at 10:07am · Order by Monday November 13th to get your cards in time for Black Friday without a rush. No time for a custom design? We have you covered with these customizable holiday designs!), the 8th should be plenty of time to get my cards in time for Black Friday.Today is the 16th, I was getting concerned that I did not receive any tracking info, so I thought it a good idea to call. I called in the AM- no answer, called back in before lunch, no answer, so I left a message. No return call. I called again and got through.I was told it was 5 days production, and 5 days shipping and they don't work weekends (still puts me at the Wednesday before Thanksgiving). I suggest that that should have been clean on the website. I was told "It was posted on facebook" see above post.After the call- that's when I checked out facebook. I called back- also to see if I could get faster shipping. I talked to a new person- they said I declined faster shipping on the prior call.At this point I am speechless. The rep, says, give me a minute let me look into this.She comes back and says that I didn't decline, I was not offered faster shipping due to the timeline. The change had to be before 3pm. (Thanks for not calling me back)Needless to say. Customer service was beyond poor. WOW! What an incredibly horrible experience. Probably the worst customer service I have ever seen. I just ordered some plastic business cards. I uploaded my own images. I later received an email asking for my signatures to sign off for the printing process. I was kind of surprised because they had taken my image in on the rest of the card left a tremendous amount of white space on both the left and the right side of the card. I thought that’s strange so I called and spoke with Edward who was very professional and kind about the situation. He suggested I upload a different image and we worked together to resolve the situation. I received the next email to verify and sign again and to my dismay was staring at the original same images with a white background on the left and right side. Obviously this is an automated system. I then called back and spoke with a different representative and he assisted me and we thought we had the situation resolved. I receive the cards in the mail and unfortunately on the front of the card the text looks too small and you have to literally hold it up to your face to read it. I called Edward about the situation and he said he was going to help me out. Unfortunately he is out today and I spoke with the other gentleman. This guy started getting smart with me telling me that our phone conversations were recorded and I signed this at such date and time being very insulting. I was telling the representative that yes of course I remember signing the document and the proof looks great on the computer but not in person and I had no problem paying for more services just to get this thing squared away. To which this little knit wit over the phone started getting smart with me. I was telling him that you could take 24 hours if you need to get back to me or whatever if you need to go to a manager and he started to get very defensive. I’m not the kind of person that takes kindly to rude people so I let him know that I wasn’t appreciating the customer service that I had to wait he said that I was being threatening. Maybe it’s this day and age with millennial males I don’t know but I tell you this the customer service was absolutely horrible and I told him listen just forget about the whole damn project about $270 and I don’t really care. Just because of that last phone conversation is the only reason I’m on Google leaving this review. I understand that creating a product can take a little work from both sides; the customer and the company. Somebody should have stopped the process when they first saw the first proof and brought it to my attention. They just basically boxed it up and sent it out. A little bit of customer service goes along way and you boys really dropped the ball on this one.***For future customers make sure you really take a good hard look at your cards and I would highly suggest getting a physical proof before you sign off on that document. When you do and you call them about it they’re basically going to be complete jerks over the phone. I’ll take my business somewhere else.

Good product. I'll continue to order gift cards from them. I do like that they keep track of the gift card numbers that we have already used. But there are a few things that they could do to improve. My most recent order took about a month to arrive. I never received any email indicating where we were in the process or if it had even shipped. When I called to find out where the order was, I was told that they do intend to send the shipping emails out but that sending them is at the bottom of their priority list. I appreciate the honesty but I'm surprised it doesn't happen given that it shouldn't take more than a couple of seconds.

I would not recommend working with this company unless you have 3 weeks (minimum) until you need to have your cards by you. They tell you one time for production then delivery but change that on you without any additional information. When I made an inquiry, I was told verbatim "We are so booked, in fact over booked. We don't want to reject your order but unless you're willing to wait almost an additional week we cant get your order in at the time you're requesting."We all have different experiences yet but it was also the way this lady spoke to me as customer that just made me come online to review them. Absolutely horrible customer service, heavily disappointed.
