Client Review on Dura Card

I have ordered SEVERAL times from Duracard. I have always been happy with the product. I never really had to deal with the service, until today.I placed an order on 11/8 for black Friday. (Per their post- Duracard Plastic CardsNovember 8 at 10:07am ยท Order by Monday November 13th to get your cards in time for Black Friday without a rush. No time for a custom design? We have you covered with these customizable holiday designs!), the 8th should be plenty of time to get my cards in time for Black Friday.Today is the 16th, I was getting concerned that I did not receive any tracking info, so I thought it a good idea to call. I called in the AM- no answer, called back in before lunch, no answer, so I left a message. No return call. I called again and got through.I was told it was 5 days production, and 5 days shipping and they don't work weekends (still puts me at the Wednesday before Thanksgiving). I suggest that that should have been clean on the website. I was told "It was posted on facebook" see above post.After the call- that's when I checked out facebook. I called back- also to see if I could get faster shipping. I talked to a new person- they said I declined faster shipping on the prior call.At this point I am speechless. The rep, says, give me a minute let me look into this.She comes back and says that I didn't decline, I was not offered faster shipping due to the timeline. The change had to be before 3pm. (Thanks for not calling me back)Needless to say. Customer service was beyond poor.
