Feedback:

I had a fender bender back in January which was determined not my fault. When my policy renewed, I noticed my bill had gone up. I called to check on my policy and Rachal H. was able to answer all my questions and get my insurance points removed that I didn't realize I had gotten from the accident. She even helped set me up on an auto draft that would meet my needs. It's rare to find an office of sales people who genuinely care about their customers rather than pitching them every chance they get. Magan and Jeremy have always been extremely helpful when assisting me with any questions or concerns I have ever had. I know I can call on any of them, and because of that, I will never leave State Farm.

I am doing an update on my previous review. I am in the process of moving and when I inquired with the new State Farm Agency in my new state, I was informed I did not have full coverage on my car. This blew my mind considering I have a brand new car. When I contacted the office, I was informed a letter had to been sent to me and was never received. Now this may be true, I know I am bad with my mail, but what really burned me was that I was told there were multiple attempts on contacting me via phone and email which were not true, I was also told I never provided my lien holder information when I purchased my car... Also not true. I never received voicemails and I did a search within my email and all I found direct from the office was an email that proved I gave my lien information to the office, with a response saying everything was updated (that information was never put in the system after the agent said it was all updated). I still stand by my last review in regards to Jessica. She is amazing and I will be sure to be calling her with EVERYTHING and ANYTHING related to my policies.I have used Dustin Hinson State Farm for 3 years now. I personally enjoy working with Jessica, she has always been very accommodating.

We have had to use our roadside assistance with state farm twice this year. The service we received was wonderful!! :-) They had service tho us fast and State Farm always called to check on us. State Farm is the best and has the best service.
