I have been with DYL for three weeks. Horrible on-boarding experience. A technical guy set my phones up and that was it. I never got any instruction, training, or education on using the system. Phones have been awful. Calls come in and we can't answer them. I have talked to DYL technical support daily multiple times with problems. I came current getting a "URL calling is disabled" message on seven of my 4 phones. . I want the last three weeks of my life back! I am calling my sales rep and all of a sudden he is MIA . This is costing me money and most important MY TIME!!!
