Don't be fooled by the "five star" reviews that are actively solicited by DYL at the start of service. I had DYL for about 3 years. Phones went down 4-5 times for 4- 8 hours per time during any given year. DYL's arbitrary rules regarding refunds contribute to a client environment that promotes disgust towards this company. DYL is a company that obsessively holds on to payments and sees them as "guaranteed profits" never to be lost, instead of seeing them as a good effort on the customers part to do businesses. The policy guidelines state that refunds are available as an option, at the discretion of DYL, though it always seems that it is never in the company's interest to do so and maintain the the satisfaction of existing or post customer, further guaranteeing that they will have fewer and fewer old client leads that want to work with DYL in the future again. I cannot recommend DYL to any one. In fact, I will proactively steer customers away from this poorly run company to more robust, respectable and reputable companies such as ringcentral, 8x8 or bridge.
