Bad service from inception. We are running a business and their lines are out therefore we are out on a Thursday, close to week-end and we get calls from our customers. We will get a bad review for bad service since we can't answer any of our customers calls. Its noon and no one has bother to call us. We had to call via chat and their response was they didn't have an estimate time as to how long we will be out.
