In the AEC industry, customer service and maintaining great relationships mean everything. When it comes to Eagle Point Software and their staff, they take the cake. Not only have they provided my company with a great support product, they have also taken their time to get to know my company and its needs. They have been there for us throughout the implementation process and continue to help me and my staff make the "Pinnacle Series" a successful support, training and custom database program.

Pinnacle is a wonderful resource for Civil 3D! The experts are always there to assist you and help with whatever questions you may have. The tutorials and guides are equally as helpful.

They are the best at helping me and my company out when we have a question or two about something! I've personally saved hours and hours of my time (and company's time for that matter) by signing onto the Pinnacle Series for questions regarding my AutoCAD Civil 3D. They training videos and templates are great too. Fair warning though, if you are in a hurry to chat with them be ready to wait a little while because they can get pretty tied up at times with only a few employees working there to help with all the questions you may have, but no big deal to me. I just continue on working on something else until they get to me!

For a lot of issues I've come across in various Autodesk programs, I could usually figure things out either on my own or by digging through forums. The ease of access to knowledge and the helpfulness of the Eagle Point team makes it so that I never want to go back to my old ways of problem solving. Having someone that is willing to brainstorm and work with you on some issue or problem is a life saver.. they've become invaluable to me.Much more responsive and helpful than the standard tech support, that's for sure. Also, they treat me like a person instead of just another problem to be solved.I could not recommend this company enough for either those new to the Autodesk software, or seasoned veterans.

Working with Eagle Point is an extremely important advantage for a sole practitioner like me. Julia Rhine is a great resource for me. She is very knowledgeable and friendly and I personally challenge anyone to ask her a question she can't answer. She, along with Eagle Point, certainly gets my highest recommendation. Pinnacle Series for AutoCAD Civil 3D is by far and away the best tech support for Civil 3D. I have used other support services where I may get my issue addressed in a few hours, typically in 24 hours, but with Pinnacle I get tech support in less than a minute from people that really know Civil 3D. They provide lots of videos and text support, but I use the chat function for instant access to them. When they don't know how to answer immediately, we do a screen share and usually figure out in a few minutes. Their videos are also very helpful, and there are lots of them. I like being able to run the video and pause it as I am working on a task that I may not have done before, or at least not for a long time. Pinnacle is the best support money I have ever spent on any product!
